Just to reiterate what many others have said, Ensure all day. It saved my life when I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed and couldn't stand even the slightest bit of pressure !

I was quoted at $4200 for Invisalign and $4800 for ceramics. Another orthodontist quoted me at $5800 for ceramics

Okay thanks for the responses guys! I will go to at least 1 or 2 more places, and I agree with you sirwired, the asymmetry is due to my right mandible being slightly longer so surgery makes sense, but I will ask around and see what my options area.
