I'm not sure of the answer but could the alcohol in them cause a problem with the trays?

Is it recommended to whiten your teeth prior to being braced?

I'm just getting mine on next week but I use the c25k weekly countdown on lots of areas of my life to mark time! Hopefully it will work for braces too
