Regarding cleanliness, i use those interdental brushes and a waterfloss, followed by a good brushing and then mouthwash. Eveything is fine.

How did you get on?

I had my braces put on and THEN had 4, yes 4 teeth removed! The pulling of them want bad at all, the next few hours afterwards wasn't pleasant but it soon passes! Oh and i am 37 so not too far off your age too.

Im 6 months in & can honestly say im so used to them now that i forget i have them most of the time.
