Yeah, same goes for me. I've to chop everything to pieces. I just tried biting into a strawberry yesterday.. didn't go too well, haha.

You're not alone. One of my lateral incisor was so sore, and of course it HAD to be on the day I got my braces tightened. Lesson learned - take pain killers before ortho appointments.

Oh ya, I feel you. Constantly getting food stuck and don't even get my started with flossing.. too time consuming! Lol!

Lanolin!
I've tried Vaseline, Carmex, EOS- you name it. Nothing's worked against my dry, chapped lips. Lanolin's the only one to cure the problem. Highly recommend it

Only had 3 adjustments so far and went with gray or silver. Every visit, I'd tell myself to go for colored ones. But I chicken out and opt for gray/silver. Hopefully on my next visit, I will find the courage to get colored ones. Rooting for pink :)

Had my 3rd adjustment yesterday and noticed they used a wire ligature on my top right canine. Anyone know the difference that and the elastic?
