Welcome... I'm new too... Have had my braces for 2months mad I just got rubber-bands ... They are painful but I know it will be soo worth it... Congrats on your braces..... I also on 2yr plan.... Mind if I ask what kinda mini goals you set for yourself in between visits?

Hello I'm 25 and have braces and I just went for my first adjustment and they already started me on rubber bands and they hurt... But I have worn them religiously bc I know I have too and they will work plus hopefully shorting my time to have them on...... My next appt is in 6 weeks ... And I'm wond...
