Im 45 got Damon braces here in Peru on the 20th December. I cant chew at the moment as my teeth clash together but I really like my Jawcerciser to chew on I make a lot of salivia when you chew it the salivia is supposed to help clean the teeth. I also Oil swish with coconut oil every morning .

Ive got braces 2 weeks Im oil pulling religiously its a long term thing also David wolfe says diluted neem oil is the best thing in the world for gums so I brush with neem oil

Now Ive got braces every morning when I wake up I take a mouthful of coconut oil and swish for 15 minutes also I use the Jawercerciser as Im on liquidised foods it strenghtens the teeth when you are not chewing and makes salivia which cleans the mouth.

Hi Ive had my braces 2 weeks and one of my teeth has move so that now it gets hit by my lower teeth when I chew so I really cant chew at all and am having every thing liquidised my orthadontist ( in Peru) says this is normal dont know how long before thinks start to improve
