My last ortho visit. I sit down. Doc was like, do you want these off right now? Well how could I say no! So that was a nice surprise. It was a pretty quick process. The top ceramic ones hurt a bit to take off though. The gluing of the bonded retainer and the grinding was kind of uncomfortable but so...

I think I had my impressions 2 weeks or so before surgery. I think they like to keep the time in between as close as possible so the surgeon knows exactly what he's dealing with. The impressions weren't that bad..they were really sticky tho..they were kinda hard to get out and all the gunk gets caug...
