Discoloring of ceramics

I have top ceramics, and lower metal. The brackets have been on since June, then I had extractions and wires put in on August 1st. I do not drink soda, coffee or anything that might discolor my braces. However, i'm beginning to notice that my top ceramics braces aren't as clear and pretty as when th...

I live in New York, and am 27 years old. I have an overbite, with lots of crowding on top, and some crowding on the bottom. My health insurance doesn't cover braces, but it covered my 3 extractions. My braces cost $4,800. I have clear on top, and metal on the bottom. I've visited several other ortho...

Bite Wafers???

It's hurts so bad to touch my teeth after an adjustment, that I can't see how some people use bite wafers. I don't think my braces are heat activated, they just hurt after the tightenings. BTW, Where can I purchase bite wafers? I don't think i'll be able to find them at a local duane reade... Any su...

Newbie for NYC!!

It's been a relief to know that there's other out there feeling and going through what i'm going through. Let me introduce m...
