Absolutely nothing. I've been preparing myself for a lot of discomfort but, a month in, I can honestly say that the only days where I had actual pain were the very first day I got my lower brackets and the day of my first adjustment. Here's to hoping it carries on this way! :p

A little over a month and none replaced. Both my sisters, who have had braces before, mock me for being so careful. I'm hoping to have no brackets popping off all the way through!
