Welcome! I'm 52. I have all metal upper and lowers. Mine have been on for 10 weeks now with some nice results. I will have to post before and now pics. I'm a Scout leader and they think it's cool and old guy in braces.

I'm kinda like the same in the most reset posts. I tend to show them off and being round kids (Boy Scouts) they get a kick out an old guy in braces with different colors. I have Teal on top and Orange and Green on the bottom.

I hope mine does, sure makes me more now. My lips kinda hide my teeth. I always had small teeth anyway. Don't know if that's strange or not. Kids try to hide them, I try and show them. Guess I'm going kookie at 50.

No spacers, my brackets are glued directly onto the molars.

I didn't have braces as a kid, but now at 52. I'm also a Assistent Scoutmaster and the kids get a kick out an Adult waring braces.
