It's a wicked cycle. I'm not trying to trivialize your experience, but you've only had them on for 3 days at this point. I'd advise you to give it a month or so before you make the decision to remove them. Oh god, that's me too. I can close my lips (with difficulty), but moving my lips to speak has been greatly encumbered.
