congrats!!!! i get mine off in 2 weeks and couldnt be happier, so tired of these things.

i think you should be fine. the ortho i went to is a set price for duration of treatment not based on "sentenced time".

my last appt they took the bottom wire out and just chained.... getting braces off march 3rd. Is it weird that they would of taken the wire off?

Im set to get them removed next month!!!! finally.

i should have asked the ortho but didnt. The assistant said next appt we'll do a 77.??? anybody familiar with that?

I paid $5700 for ceramic upper and metal lower.

They are bulkier but you get used to them.

dip a cotton swab in vinegar and apply to the sore. it will hurt for some seconds but its worth the relief.

Crest, it does have whitening but i don't think it works, Listerine usually but i ran out so until i get to the store im using Scope. and i also rinse with Colgate Ortho Phos-flur flouride rinse

I get that too, kind of sounds like when you grind your teeth. I was getting freaked out thinking my teeth had all just loosened. So i guess this is normal?
