So, the bracket removal was painful. Almost all of them hurt at least a little, but the two ceramics on my lateral incisors (which were just put there a few months ago when I had them repositioned) were *excruciating* to get off!!! I just went to pick up my essix, and was told to only wear them at night, and *not* to wear them during the day. Has anyone ever heard of that before? I thought everyone had to wear them 24/7 at first. Should I do it anyway?
