I have 6MS on the top and bottom. I'm paying $3500 US for the braces, retainers and whitening.

I agree with everyone else. The fear and anxiety of thinking about it is worse than the actual braces. Just do it and you will be glad you did.

I think it's hard to see changes since we are looking at our teeth all the time. I just had my 1st adjustment (4weeks) and was shocked at how much movement there was from the initial photos.

I felt the exact same way for the first 10 days. It's been 4+ weeks now and I feel better and better every day. You are not alone. Hang in there.
