I had my braces on when I was 56. I have no regrets getting them at my age. Have to say tho..I was hoping to have them off before I turned 58. My birthday is next week..and I have them them probably until November. I am ok tho..very pleased with the results!

I am hoping to have my removed soon! I have been going every 3 weeks...and am told..soon..! I'm over my 2 yrs..but worth it too.

Where has the time gone?! I have had my braces for a year already! Last appt I had some brackets rearranged. With the changes I had to go to a lighter wire. I go next week for next adjustment.
Appt before last, I was told I am more then half way.

Hello Kids01! It has been awhile since I have come to the forum. These 9 months have flown by. I am happy with my progress. Definitely see the improvement.
How is everything with you? Spoiling that grand baby? We have grand baby #7 due in 2 months.

4th adjustment today. I have new wires on top and bottom. Bottom is 17 /25 rectangle, ( I think ) and top is 18 round. I am feeling very sore teeth. But at the same time I am excited things are progressing now!

Hi everyone! Has been a while since I have been on here. I am in my 4th month. Have all my original wires. I do wonder when they will be changed. My teeth are still moving, so I know they are still working. I definitely see improvement, so I am very pleased so far!

I did call Friday as soon as the wire tie came out. Being the day after Thanksgiving..I was not too surprised no one was in the office. I went in today and had it taken care of. All is well.

I had a wire tie come off....it was on my front tooth. This was Friday...no one in office. I will call tomorrow and hope they can get in me tomorrow afternoon...

Had my 3rd adjustment Monday. Same wire ...top and bottom. 4 wire ties on teeth that need rotated and are stubborn. Ouch...is the word of the week!! Booze sounds good! But I have no cooking or cleaning to do. My husband and I both work tomorrow. I have an extremly short day...but he has a full day. ...

I think the only time I don't think about it...is when I am sleeping!! Other than that....I am always aware. 3 1/2 months already.
