Congrats on getting your braces! Right now I have brackets and spacers, and I'll be getting my bands and wires next Monday. I hope you're not having too much pain! I know I'm not (yet) because my spacers are just an annoying pressure right now.

Another thing I have to say is, if you're worried about pain, I just got my spacers on Monday, and I'm not having any pain besides an annoying pressure feeling in my molars, and I have 11 spacers. I take Ibuprofen twice a day, and I'm feeling fine. Congrats on getting braces though, it's not as bad ...

Congratulations on getting braced! I'm 13 and I got my spacers and brackets on Monday, and I get everything else next Monday. You could try straws for you coffee. :lol: I'm sorry about your canker sores! But I'm sure it's worse for me, I don't even have wires protecting my lips! Just the bracket!

Well, it's the third day for me, four more and I'll be officially braced with bands and wires! The spacers haven't bothered me hardly at all.
