blarg... i think it's going to be days and days. nothing seems to be helping it

:( its a been a battle when it comes to my teeth. well i was supposed to get my braces off last monday, but when the ortho took off the powerchain last friday my teeth moed. Now i have a gap in between two teeth on the top. He's put me in a powerchain again to close the gap. Does anyone know how to ...

They probably will come out then. I only had mine for a few weeks.
Don't you worry, the worse is over.

Weel they really hurt for abotu 4 days, then it was just a dull pain untill they were out.
But if you can stand this, you can stand the rest of it with a breeze!

What color did you choose

Ugh! I hated spacers. They truley are the worse part of the braces experence so far!
And yah your teeth will feel a little wiggley in certain parts of the braces process.

Well I've been changing mine 2-3 times a day and the Ortho said that things were moving great. So i suppose that will do it.
I also carry elastics with me everywhere. I have them in my bathroom, coat, purse, and car. lol.

hello, i just got new elastics a few days ago, to pull my molers and the jaw bone up. :o It hurts but i'm getting used to them aleady. They're called Korea heavy duty elastics. I've had mine on for a few months now. I think the worst of it was the horrible spacers. *shutter*

But's it's easy riding now. Not a pain at all.
