I had some pretty extreme pains related to movement early on in my treatment. Particularly in a rotated upper canine. Hot, cold and sweet foods/drinks would send a shooting pain through that tooth that would almost make me cry. Those pains will go away. But I would suggest using a sensitive toothpas...
