Hi Jade! I came to your forum wondering if you have any tips to living with an expander in your mouth? I just recently had it installed and as you can imagine, eating and talking have become a nightmare. How did you cope with it?

And also, I was wondering if you had any tips if you needed those appliances such as trying to eat and speak with them?

Have you needed any appliances before getting braces? I've gotten a herbst expander and it's driving me insane!
