I was surprised how much my arches were expanded with just the braces. The worst
part is the waiting for them to go on............You will do fine.

I two have Damon for the last 15 months....Metal.and elastics. Has your Ortho indicated what Retainers he/she will
provide? Hope I am close, but I am older........and teeth move much slower........hope I can be done by Christmas.

18 is a perfect age........You understand that the longer the teeth are not aligned and set up for a proper bite ........the longer it takes to relocate them to the proper alignment. When you get older, your jaw changes, and your teeth move. Mine started slamming into one another. I'm in my 60's.......
