Yep I do this too, although I think I did it a little before braces. Some mornings I have woken up and it's like I need to prise my teeth apart!

I am one month into treatment now and had my 1st adjustment with ipr on Monday. My ortho says I will notice a real difference in my teeth by month four, can't wait for that!

Having had the IPR done on Monday, since yesterday the gaps have already closed, although my teeth don't look like they have straightened. So I guess he will do more ipr at my next adjustment
