Re: How do you keep your teeth looking white?

Prevention is the best cure. If you have good oral hygiene eg brush 2-4 times a day, floss and use a water pik at night before bed and dont drink pop-which is extremely bad for oral health in general amoung other things, dont drink coffee and don't smoke your teeth will stay pretty white.

Re: Are clear power chains stronger than coloured ones?

Interesting, I wonder why the company/companies that manufacture powerchains make clear ones stronger than those of other colors? It would be more logical if they made all powerchains regardless of color the same strenght.

Re: Can braces bring a tooth UP? (Gummy tooth!)

It would probably be better to just leave it as is, from an aesthetic point its not noticeable at all unless you open your mouth for someone and they take an indepth look at your teeth and secondly I wouldnt say it even looks ugly when you pointed it out in that photo.

Re: Are they perfect?

There are certain things about your teeth that can't be changed and this comes down to genetics. Very few people even after braces and various orthodontic and dental procedures will have perfect teeth. For example some people have small teeth, gummy smiles, not perfectly shaped teeth and so forth

Re: Has anyone noticed an increase in plaque?

are you using a water pik?? If you use one at least once, but it would be even better twice a day (ideally right after a meal) it really does a good job cleaning out food residue and thus cutting down on plaque. Off course use the waterpik together with brushing and flossing.
