i just got my braces on not long ago..my upper teeth are VERY similar to how yours were.

question...how long did it take for your upper incisors to come forward!!? and did your canines need rotating??

I am 24 and considering whether or not to get an expander along with my braces....i heard that when adults wear expanders it may tip your teeth outwards and cause stability issues?

im getting mine filed or shaved everytime i see the ortho so my incisors at the top can come forward...i have an issue with overcrowding and need to get the teeth filed or they wont fit when they go forward...

apparently getting permanent retainer is the way to go..cousins had removable ones and their teeth shifted. Only one of them had the bonded one done and his teeth is still perfect.

Never too late to correct your teeth and achieve a perfect smile :)
