Do these type of brackets require the use of elastics throughout the orthodontic journey?

I seem to subject myself to grinding as well. All of the foreign material in the mouth perpetuates this behavior.

Anything and everything crunchy! I had a bracket come off eating a crispy baked potato, have been eating a lot of soft foods since.

I have severe crowding and was able to keep all of my teeth without extraction.

6 weeks in, the first week was unusual. "no pain no gain"

I was told that curry may stain them yet I've had lots of curry without a problem.

I strongly agree that the taste of food isn't the same. I was just having this discussion with my wife. I'm 6 weeks in to my treatment today. Hopefully this will change.
