OK, I'll stop with the editing for tonight, but I'm wearing an Invisalign aligner (tray), not a retainer.

With these new retainers, I can feel their odd presence due to the buildup of cement and glue compund that was applied to affix them. They feel clunky.

Edited to state that compund should have been compound.
