Hi! Ijust got my retainer this past Thursday so I am pretty new to. When he put it on my teeth I felt like i was gonna gag and i actualy did a few times. Thats not that expensive.. My orthodonist told me it would br $457 to relpace top and bottom. I dout my parents want to spend that much!

Yeah I had to wear elastics for about weeks in 2 differnt way. But I had to wear 6-8 at a time and they really bug you. You can not open your mouth at all and when you talk every body notices them.
