Ok my debrace date is December 16, 2013. I've been wearing elastics for the last few months (name of elastics is moose. Go figure); but my teeth feel like they are pushing against the inside of my lips. This ever happen to anyone who is about to be debraced?

My coil springs were to make a gap because my two front teeth and bottom 2 front teeth were overlapping each other. They actually separated in about 2 months then coils were removed and brace adjustments continued.

Hello all. Hopefully you will all be able to enjoy Christmas. When I got braced up a knife and fork became my friend and I had to learn to take very small bites and portions of food. No tugging and pulling with these babies. How long do you all need to wear your best buddies?
