Hope your adjustment went well yesterday Anngie - I had one yesterday too. I know what you mean about getting yourself into a panic about it. I never sleep well before any dental appointments, and then they are typically no big deal (at least that has been my recent experience).

Ebony - your ortho rocks!! I love mine, but yours is seriously amazing!! Way to go! I just got my 16 wire swapped out yesterday to a 18, and am holding strong too. Not too much pain so far, and nice to see movement already. Stay the course - you will be glad that you did and your teeth will be FABUL...

7/11/12 - Update Well - had another adjustment yesterday. Got thicker wires top and bottom (now in 18 from a 16 heat activated), and new ligs (pink). It was super nice being able to do a quick brush and floss at the ortho's office yesterday before they put the new wires on too. Will post pics next w...

Still drinking wine / beer and coffee, but I brush all the time now it seems and NEVER go to bed without brushing / waterpiking / flossing and using a fluoride rinse.

I also went to the ortho that my dentist recommended. He did my son's braces a couple of years ago and the results are beautiful! My consult / impressions / photos were all free.

Wow - just WOW Jay! It seems like most people show noticeable movement on the bottom arch first and the tops are slower to come around, but your upper movement blows me away! In just 3 months!! Holy Moley!! congrats
