Congrats on your progress!!!

It gets better!! I promise. I'm almost at one year with all metal except top 6. Feels so weird at first - I couldn't close my mouth or even really talk when I walked out of the ortho my first day. Believe it or not, they eventually feel normal and like a part of you. So worth it. Hang in there!

Definitely nuts! I was nervous about peanut butter but have now figured out a way to carefully eat it. The only nuts I eat now are little pieces that come in granola bars and oatmeal. The raisin, date and walnut oatmeal has helped with cravings a little. Just miss eating nuts straight from the jar.

Totally normal. It actually took me more than a year after my first consultation to commit to a solid date and get it done. Had cold feet right up until i was in the chair.
