thanks everybody . I think I'll leave them the way they are and ask her to whiten them in few months or few years.. whenever they get stained

My dentist is going to whiten mine in six weeks but some people said that I don't really need it. What are the cons of doing this?

It is over ya'll. So i have permanent retainers behind my teeth on my lower ones and I will get a temporary retainer to wear for six months starting tomorrow. During the day and then only wear it at night. :D No I have not done anything to them besides brush and floss as much as I could for the firs...

the elastics/rubber bands are off when i eat

Keep biting the my lip and the inside of my cheeks when eating without my elastics.

Thanks guys... Although your stories don't sound too terrifying I'm stil scared. I'm not afraid of needles but when it comes to pulling out teeth it is a whole another sorry. Hopefully they will put me under general anesthesia
