almonds!!!! i went crazy on almonds till my bracket came out hahaha. most food you can just cut up and eat though so it should be fine. anyways goodluck buddy!!

i brushed really really carefully like you in the beginning stage. top angle, bottom angle, circular motion and really slow. but now i go crazy all over hahah

i had 4 removed because if i didn't my teeth would be sticking out and what not. its not that bad actually.hurted a little for few days, but that was it.

i usually take a couple motrins to get red of the pain. it works instantly for me

i did mine at chinatown for 80 a tooth(had 4 removed) its a lot cheaper than freakin $200-$400 a pop with oral surgeons. im still alive so no problem. i say go for the school route to save some dough, plus its UCLA, not university of tijauana or something cutty
