Oh yeah, forgot to ask. Would widening the top arch lessen the look of the 'sunken in' profile? I'm wondering if I should remind my doctor that I want almost all my teeth showing when I smile (like my original smile).

I decided to get braces overseas in the country I am currently residing to fix the overcrowding, bottom canines were rotated fully while upper canines weren't aligned.
