I get my braces off May 7...cannot wait!

Regarding the deep scaling...my advice is to ask for gas. It doesn't last (you can drive home) and it's great. I had it when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and it was almost a pleasant experience.

I got my first adjustment today. I expected to have extra soreness and pain; while having the new wires put on (especially bottom) hurt like a @#$!, I'm feeling ok now...ate lunch and so far, so good. Seeing some alignment on the bottom...woo! 5 months to go.
