The retainer is taking a bit of getting used to both speaking-wise and comfort-wise but that all should resolve itself shortly. I'll post retainer pics soon to show the nifty fake teeth that the ortho placed on the retainer itself.

I finally earned the right to post in the naked tooth section! My de-banding was this morning and I go back for my retainer this afternoon!

Mike- I will probably check into teaching hospitals around here. The teeth on the retainers are merely a stop-gap (pun intended!) and I do hope to be able to do something more permanent asap.
