Hi I'm going to have the impression taken for my fixed retainer next week hopefully , how long does it take to be made after the impressions ? Thank you for all advice

1 week in and my lower inner gums are so grooved that they are now cut and the aligner feels so uncomfortable .. any ideas what i can put on my gums to provide a bit of a barrier...i think i need to get some of the plastic taken off with the cutting tool the dentist has...how many other people weari...

any recommended creams for the cut gums

how long to get used to the bulk of it in your mouth ?

just got my ia's top and bottom after 10 weeks with expanders....cannot get used to the bulk of it but been told 4-6 weeks does this sound reasonable ? also not sure if the top brace on the inside of my teeth is sitting correct on the composite . does it fit above or below it ? whats the best way to...
