Welcome I have been following this forum as a kid and teenager, and I registered in 2011 when I got my braces, and still are a member.

Ive never seen retainers quite like mine:

smartfood popcorn, nevr broke anything eating, however i tried trimming the wire myelf snapped a bracket off.

I also have a weird hawley retainer i have springs individually behind my upper two from teeth and my lower tooth on the right side between the front tooth and the canine tooth.

a year.

random stuff in the goody bag; like airheads and fruit snacks.

I couldnt wear mine for a year because of tonsillectomy,it started moving about a year later, i wear my retainers a LOT/most of the day as much as i can.

How did the appointment go?

I had a period I could not wear the retainers because of mouth surgery, teeth only moved slightly, can my retainers now move them back?

I chose red, and then misplaced my upper one and got a lime green one but never ended up needing to pick it up because I found mine

Can I drink cold water from the fridge with hawley retainers in?
