I use these to cover my clear power chains. They keep them from staining while drinking coffee. They work nicely and the company is great to work with.

My ortho just told me on my next visit I will have x-rays to see the placement of roots. Should I be concerned? A co-worker told me that sometimes roots break off and you loose teeth. I'm scared. Help!!!!!

The wonderful people on this site have listed the foods/drinks that cause the most worry for staining. I am using the strips when eating anything that I am worried about, and brushing very often. I also use them when drinking coffee, or soda. Of course my toothbrush is getting a good workout :) but ...

I got the clear power chain on last Monday and immediately started wearing the clear comfort strips when I drink coffee or know that I am going to eat something that will be troublesome. So far I do not see staining. Will keep all of you posted. Thanks.

No reason to feel ugly. We're all going thru this with each other. Just a short while and you will start noticing a movement and soon you will be so excited to study your teeth. If no one understands, it's ok. You have taken this on for yourself.

Great to see this question. I recently purchased a set of clear strips that are supposto go over my braces and keep the power chain from staining. Has anyone heard of this?
