I read that eating lots of pinapple starting a couple of weeks prior to the surgery

helps a lot with the swelling. That's one thing I'd try now. If you don't feel like eating

much, there is juice.

Welcome, What happens if I get halfway through wearing braces and start to panic and decide I don't want the surgery? Could I ever just get the braces without the surgery? Get a diagnosis from the surgeon, and then you'll be able to learn more about the specific procedure(s), recovery, etc... releva...
