I noticed changes within a few weeks. Since my last adjustment (1 week) my front teeth have moved quite a bit. My ortho made some space between my front teeth that has totally closed up.

Congrats. I'm 2 weeks in and you'll be surprised how quickly your mouth gets used to the braces. Only took me a week, now I forget they are in (until I try to chew through a bagel).

I've got 2 teeth with chains to the molars to get them to rotate and they hurt like crazy. Even popping the floss between them really hurts.

Ever since I had my spacers in (in braces for 2 weeks now) my bit has been off. Seems to change daily. Give it a week and see what happens.

I had my spacers put in today and took quite a while for both the tech and ortho to get them in.

I get braces in 13 days (spacers in 6) and today ate about 4 slices of pizza. Everyone at work asked me why I was off my diet and I said look, in a couple weeks I won't be eating anything like this.
