Went around for the whole day with a leaf poking out my mouth, there were no mirrors so its a good think to keep checking guys!

Try redbush tea another name is roobios tea, it only grows in a region of South Africa, it contains no caffeine and is low in tannin, the chemical that stains your teeth. I've switched entirely to red bush from black tea an have not looked back, also its naturally sweet so no sugar needs to be added.

If one has jaw surgery I think they have to have metal as hooks and bands have to be attached at a later stage, i'm not sure if ceramics would hold.

Hi wiredmouth, Great blog with lots of details, I'm having the same underbite treatment as you, my orthodontist also said about moving just the upper jaw to correct it, but also my bottom must be moved but mostly to correct the alignment. I would like to know what benefits/cons come with moving only...

Hi Emmauk, Can you elaborate on the situation in the South East? I live in Kent and will be having my surgery (hopefully) sometime this year at Kings hospital, do you know the surgeons name or hospital that is missing the surgeon? Also what is the deal with the waiting list, is it unusual for people...
