I had a lot of tooth pain the first week and a half that my braces were off. My top row teeth were very sensitive and hurt and my gums were inflammed. What really helped me out was putting Anbesol along my gum line. Eventually the pain did go away and I no longer needed the Anbesol....so try that o...

Hello everyone, So i am officially Debraced and the proud owner of a new smile :-* I am in retainers now and have been instructed that I have to wear them for at least 22 hours a day. I can't lie...they are ANNOYYYYYYING :yuck: The first week I had them on they hurt like crazy and I had to take pain...

So i had to stop by and let you all know that I am now the PROUD owner of a brand new Smile :-* I got my braces off on July 13th and I am SO happy. I just love getting compliments all the time. The best thing in the world someone who has just been debraced can hear is "YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SMIL...

I think when i first got my braces on my brackets kept popping off of two teeth of have crowns on....but they have been holding steady for about 5 months now *crosses fingers* I think the water pick does wonders with getting food from between your teeth. As far as flossing my Ortho gave me some typ...

So I got a better camera to take a pic with so here is a better pic of my braces today. My gums are still swolen but my teeth have stopped moving now so hopefully the puffy gums will go down now =)
