I had the sonic brite system and enver even used it except twice. Just get the retainer brite tablets, they clean so well you really do not need anything else!

I would go with the one that has had more experience with invisalign (who had more cases)

I really recommend fluoridex toothpaste while doing invisalign.... it helps reduce the chances of getting cavities, since you are more prone to it with invisalign trays:

You don't have to brush your teeth after every time you eat. I almost always do, but if I don't have time, i just quickly floss, rinse my mouth and pop them back on, then brush when I get a chance.
