I hate adjustments....but I love them!

I brush twice a day...right after breakfast and right before going to bed at night. During the day I just rinse a lot after snacking or lunch and use my rotadent picks to pluck out any debris.

I feel your pain...literally! Good news is your mouth will get used to it and the pain/blisters etc will go away. Hang in there.

Took me about 5-6 days...since then no problem. Still can't bite into apples though, so I cut them up into small pieces.

Yeah...I have the hooks too...just got braces 4 days ago and the insides of my mouth have been cut all over the place. It's getting better though...a little less painful as each day goes by.
