Hey, I've had my braces out since december 2010, but lately i've noticed that my second molar is sort of crooked, none of my other teeth look off maybe its my imagination but I dont remember it being that way and i still my molds for my retainer and it didint look like that. My wisdom teeth are just now coming in, at least one of them. I was wondering if I dont get them removed soon though will they mess up my teeth again. I had my braces for 3 years and I dont want my teeth messed up in anyway.

basically they put trays in your mouth filled with stuff, mine was goopy but I guess it just depends and you have to keep it your mouth until it sets. I hated impressions but my mom had braces and she said her's wasnt bad at all

I got my impessions and xrays and my braces on the same day, I don't know about everyone else. But impressions can be a problem for some, they made me gag so bad but you might not even experience that. But congrats on getting braces!

I agree with Ionika, I'm 16 and I was using crest pro health rinse and then just out of the blue there was a random spot on my teeth, then i looked it up and I read the mouthwash could cause staining.

Has anyone tried retainer splash? I'm getting my braces off soon, and I wanted to try this instead because it doesn't have chemicals and stuff.

I eat with my elastics if I dont have any more where I am, but Most of the time I remove them and put in new one's. If you forget, just put the elastics near you so you wont forget to put them new ones in.

Hi luchababe, I have check ups with my Dentist every 6-9 months and I'm normally in and out of the chair within 5 mins (an extra 5 mins if I ask for the clean)... unless of course there is a problem with my teeth.
