Re: first day

Hi drgnchsr36! Honestly...I don't know...I've been asking myself this question for the past few days....I was so happy that there was a treatment with removable appliances...I remember from my first time in braces that I felt really claustrofobic and out of control about the whole thing...It's a cha...

Hi clearstepguy! Great news that you could switch to your second aligner! The second one for me fit like a glove  I was happy about that, because it means that things are " on track" right? I have an appointment with my ortho on thursday and I will discuss with her the 10 day cycle, I feel lik...

Question for dr. Tam

First let me tell you that I think it is great that you take time to answer posts here! I have a question that concerns invisalign treatment in general. I became very interested in the process etc. and did a lot of research on the internet and visited several orthodontists before I decided to go ahe...

Re: Online dating and braces...

Hi! My two cents: I wouldn't mind braces on my online date at all... I don't know if you are male or female, but as a woman, also in her thirties and single and dating, I would say I'm looking for something more then appearance, and I like to see people taking care of themself and of their health! I...

Re: Starting with Clearstep...

Hi clearstepguy, Good to hear you are getting along nicely with the aligners...I also drink tea with my aligners (after letting it sit for a while, I don't want it to be too hot and damage the aligners) My understanding was that the aligners must be worn for 300 hours, if you wear them 20-22 hours a...

Re: Not wearing trays during Mid Correction for Invisalign?

Hi Siiennah, Well, at least you know now that you are following instructions correctly! :D I read elsewhere that midcourse correction and refinements could mean a whole new treatment from a new starting position...And it makes sense that your dentist deosn't want you to wear trays that don't fit cor...

Re: first day

Oef..I don't want that to happen...What am I going to do with all the really expensive aligners then?? :D

I've been reading the thread about respiratory problems while wearing invisalign..I've decided to stop wondering about this for now...I have got a nasty flu and that's it...
