Can anyone recommend me a good ortho in San Diego area? I'm new at town and I got an emergency situation with retainer..!

I have been braced for 13 months and I was expecting to get class II elastics to correct my bite soon or later. However, during today's appointment my ortho mentioned that it's not a good idea to wear them since I have forwardly inclined lower incisors. Wearing elastics will cause them tipping more....
