Had my 1st adjustment today...went well but I forgot to take motrin before I went. Those little doors on the Damons are hell! They took the offending band off & will reapply it next appt but they said instead of cement they will bond it. The smell when he took it off!... & it was quite blood...

Thanks Chelsea, I don't know what it is but they're gonna have to do something! My appt is on Tuesday & something's gotta give! The smell is terrible is only that tooth so I know food must be getting under the band. I don't want to lose another tooth & I will not continue assaulting everyone...

Welcome aboard! Been braced about 3 weeks so I feel your pain but it does get better. Hope you're eating subs soon. Ibuprofen & wax are your best friends right now. & ordering the waterpik is 1 of the best decisions you could have made. Good luck.
