I was actually wondering the same thing when it comes to sports.

I am starting boxing classes soon and will need to wear a mouthguard. I'm going to ask my ortho when I see him next week, hopefully I can keep my invisalign in.

Only once for me.. I tried to eat some biscuits when I was at a training course, I was starving! I went to have a look in the bathroom mirror after I finished eating and my aligners were full of crumbs! It wasnt pretty.

I'm a 28/M and I actually have been putting on weight with invisalign... so go figure.

I think its because I now eat bigger meals to keep me fuller for longer. 8)

Hi there, I am on tray 4 and I usually feel soreness for the first 3 days of putting in a new tray, after that it tends to get easier. After about 5 days its fine. Most of my pain comes from the attachments catching on the tray when trying to lift them out, so you might need to fiddle about until yo...
