I drink icey water all the time with my trays in! Water tastes better chilled

I was actually wondering the same thing when it comes to sports.

I am starting boxing classes soon and will need to wear a mouthguard. I'm going to ask my ortho when I see him next week, hopefully I can keep my invisalign in.

Only once for me.. I tried to eat some biscuits when I was at a training course, I was starving! I went to have a look in the bathroom mirror after I finished eating and my aligners were full of crumbs! It wasnt pretty.

I think its because I now eat bigger meals to keep me fuller for longer.
