my ortho told me to just bite down on a ball of tissues -- works great!

nope, i pay monthly installments -- up front i did have to pay a little over $2,000 (xrays, 1st impressions) but after that I pay per month (15 mons x $273).

i'm on tray 8/36 upper and 8/23 lower -- at what point will i see an actual difference? my bite has changed but not so much appearance. my issue is with spacing -- thanks!

the 10 tray cycles have been working well! each tray has fit perfectly and my ortho said changing every 10 days is no problem if your teeth are responding well to it -- worth it to ask your ortho!

is it normal that my current tray (6) is waaay more painful than the last 5? usually it stops hurting after 1 day but this tray is taking longer to adjust! thoughts?

ugh i went to my dentist for my cleaning and they said i have 3 cavities on my molars -- the dentist said i need to get them filled in. and he said it might effect how my aligners fit does anyone have any expierence with this? will getting my cavities filled affect how my aligners fit? thanks!!

Hi everyone. So I'm on tray 4 right now, and my doc told me to switch trays every 10 days instead of 2 weeks because I have a lot of trays. Has anyone else had the time between trays shortened? I guess I should be happy?? Just wondering if this is common?

i wonder if i could have my ortho take my attachments off, whiten my teeth (her office does that), and then put the attachments back on. i wonder if she'll find this request annoying....i just really wish i could whiten them

can you get your teeth whitened in the middle of treatment? i have attachments -- is that a problem?
